(This is a similar motion to clicking the thumb stick buttons on a video game controller). Functionality is great with integrated voice mail and many number redial storage. The manual is detailed and useful. Many times I end up changing the selected menu option while trying to push the select button. The controls are well laid out. This is a nearly perfect unit.
The display is bright and clear. There are plenty of features, including intercom, speaker phone, and many ring tones to choose from.The only drawback to this phone is that you have to push in the control stick to "select" on many menus. The clarity is outstanding. The size feels just right in your hand. Separating that button from the stick control would have made this a 5-star phone. Battery life is great.
The keypads are just the right size.
Battery life is excellent. Functions are easy enough to figure out without the manual. Would recommend. Have had the phone severals weeks now and I'm really pleased with it. Sound is great.
Other than that the phone is a pleasure to use. This phone is very intuitive; easy to understand and program. I would recommended this product, if a consumer is seeking a simple yet competitively priced telephone that only looks technologically intimidating. The backlit does stay dimly lit when in its base, and may be a problem for some in a darkened room, but not a problem for this reviewer, one does have the option of taking it out of the base and therefore the backlit will turn completely off, but then obviously it must be charged. Very clear sounding phone, the black piano gloss finish is very fashionable and the photo backlit (three choices-not very fashionable though) is very cell-phone like. The speakerphone is not as loud as a previous Panasonic phone owned and tried two different types of Plantronics headsets and the person on the other end could not clearly hear me so I had to return to the old fashioned way of holding the handset.
Love the "cell phone options" such as: wallpaper and choice of rings. The sound is very clear and do not have any interferences. Great product. The battery life on this phone is excellent. You can see the battery strength on the screen, so you know when you need to place it on the charger.
It has all the things you require. For some reason the clock keeps resettting to mins 3 hours all the time.
Other than that it is a great phone. It could be a setting issue which I havent figured out yet.
I have this phone over a year now. I just have 1 issue.
A great buy. I think its a great phone.
Sound quality is great too.
